For example, When you want pull door, your brain send signal to your arm nureons. If this activity need more power, first send more signal, if is not enough, second they appeal more muscle, back and feet, etc.. muscle, to participaint this activity.If you do activity, your muscles get changes that your cells get microscopic damages(It will be repaired by our immune system), that frequently good for your muscle growth.
Muscles rely on more than just activity to grow. however, proper nutrition, hormones, and rest is neccessary.
